ABOUT THE EVENT
Many of our members had to shift to remote work roles, or look for new remote or hybrid opportunities when they moved to the Ispra area. Often, they deal with isolation, lack of inspiration, issues with structuring workflow, or other challenges posed by hybrid working. While remote working has become the new normal in the world of work, it is still new and challenging and many people are still seeking solutions and best practices.
At this roundtable we will collaboratively explore the concept of remote work, share personal insights and best practices, leading to a toolkit of best remote work practices for the Empower community and beyond. We aim to bring together as much of the community as possible, to draw on our collective wisdom and create a space for mutual collaboration and support.

PROGRAMME
Event moderator, Joseph Gaylord (former coworking space manager with experience developing remote startups and projects), fellow Empower members, and invited guests will share their stories and set the scene by outlining some of their own experiences of remote working.
The discussion will be followed by parallel breakout sessions which will explore different aspects of remote work. To help us tailor the discussion as much as possible to your needs, please select your top 3 choices on this survey (link with the discussion topics in the registration form).
