OBJECTIVE: The objective of this workshop is to encourage each participant to reconnect with his / her best version of self (including talents, character traits, needs and desires) as a basis for a mentally and emotionally stable way of approaching all the challenges in life – as a person, a freelancer, a parent, a partner or employee. The better aligned we feel to our core beliefs and the more we pay attention to our needs and seek our purpose in life, the more powerful and unique we can serve “our market”.
BACKGROUND: In times of social media and the constant need of self-marketing, we might lose touch with who we really are (and want to be). While focusing on our “target group” and their needs and desires, instead of what we personally feel aligned to we risk losing our own identity.
In unstable, hectic and insecure times, we feel the urge to find anchorage and peace of mind within ourselves. On a positive note: Once you feel strong about your identity and your USP and you allow yourself – free from any perceived constraints – to be your beautiful self, YOU will be personally and professionally unbeatable.
ABOUT THE SPEAKER:
Anne Leone is German and has been living in Italy for 16 years. After traveling the world with Up with People and studying International Marketing, she worked as a Strategic Planner consulting clients on how to position the brand in the various markets, how to best reach their target group and what communication style was most recommended. Now, as Life & Leadership Coach and PSYCH-K®facilitator, she accompanies her clients to grow into their best version of self. Listening to their emotions, better understanding their subconscious beliefs and setting motivating goals, Anne encourages each one to pursue his/her personal vision of life.
