Are you a professional struggling with back pain? Or have you experienced back pain in the past and want to prevent it from coming back? This workshop by Eline Bisterbosch will share tools and knowledge to help you self-manage your pain or prevent it from returning!
In her experience as a physiotherapist, Eline has seen many clients with back pain that could have been prevented or managed on their own with the right guidance. Pain is complex, and it’s essential for everyone—especially professionals dealing with stress —to understand its basics. This knowledge can make a real difference in one’s wellbeing.
The workshop will cover:
- Uncracking common myths about back pain and discovering the real causes.
- Exploring the latest evidence on self-managing both acute and chronic back pain.
- Understanding what pain really is, from a biopsychosocial perspective, and how this knowledge can actually reduce your discomfort.
- Practical, easy exercises you can do at your desk—no gym or equipment needed!
